I’m obsessed with reading. I love learning new things, reworking my mind, and even just escaping in my mind somewhere else. In this blog post I’ll be sharing my Top Self Help Books with you babes. I have been on a journey to be more scheduled, organized & just all around better at adulting, lol. Also keeping your Mental Health in check is a very good thing to do and remember to check on it as much as you need too. Don’t ever feel bad for It either, we all need a refresher course in staying sane every now and again, lol.

I will make another post with my Top Fiction Book choices as well if you’d like more book recommendations. I’ve been reading on my Kindle app or using my Audible App on my iPad. Audible has been my best friend lately when it comes to catching up on reading or getting through a book even when I don’t have the time to actually sit down and read it page for page. All of my recommendations in this post can be found on the Audible App and most if not all should also be on the Kindle App app as well. I’ve loved reading since I was a kid and chose it over many activities often. It’s what I do to get away from the world for a little bit and relax from the day.

The Secret by Rhonda Byrne
I read this book in paperback form first. My mom had it and recommended it to me. So I borrowed it and I loved it so much that I downloaded it on my Audible app and I listened to it twice and just started it again since then. I love this book and all it’s about. It’s based on the Law of Attraction and will help you tap into a way of reworking your mind and changing your thinking so you can change your life and attract the life you want to live. I highly recommend it and that’s why it’s my number 1 choice on this list.

You Are a Bad Ass by Jen Sincero
I love this book and everything in it. Jen really knows how to help you stop doubting yourself and go for what you want. I love her spunky, take not crap attitude as well. It gets in your face and in your feels to help you achieve the outcome in life you desire.

You Are a Bad Ass At Making Money by Jen Sincero
This is the second book by Jen and it dives into your real feelings about money and why you shouldn’t feel bad for wanting to make more and do more in life. There is cursing so if you aren’t into that just know that ahead of time but if you can look past that then you will learn a lot from this book.

The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman
I really like this book and highly recommend it to anyone who’s dating, getting married or married already. Even if you’re single you should read this book to help you learn more about your love language and what works for you as well as getting to know the other love languages for your potential partner or current significant other. The perfect book to read with your partner to learn more about each other while growing closer and getting a better understanding of each other.

She’s Still There by Chrystal Evans Hurst
This one happened to pop up in a Facebook add for Audible and I was curious about it so I downloaded it on a whim one day and I’m so glad I did. Chrystal’s story of her life and how she overcame certain battles is really encouraging and uplifting while showing you that you can do whatever you put your mind too.

Easy Way For Women to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr
This book was one of the things years ago that help me quit smoking for good. I like it mainly because it’s not some pushy book where the Author is basically telling you smoking is bad for you and you could die, etc, etc. We all know this but sometimes it’s something that takes more than just telling someone not to do something. I like this book because it basically giving you a deeper understanding of the authors technique and helps you all without you even really thinking about it.

Girl Code by Cara Alwill Leyba
I feel like this book is the ultimate Girl Power!, I Am Woman Hear Me Roar! books. It helps you tap into your unseen potential. I definitely recommend this book for anyone looking for some uplifting words of wisdom while unlocking secrets to a more successful and happy life.

Well babes, thats all the book recommendations I have for now. I hope you enjoy these book options and if you have any books you love then please leave your recommendations in the comments! Happy Reading!

July Instagram Recap

Happy August, babes! I wanted to round up all my July IG Posts for y’all to make it easier to find and shop everything in one place. This is the first time I’m doing an insta recap so it’s a little later than I wanted to post but I’m going to be posting these the 1st Friday of every month at 9am now. This will help if you happen to miss when something is posted you can find it all here for that month. I also post things in the highlights of my Instagram as well so if you ever have questions about an outfit or something in a picture I post you can check there or just head back to my blog on the 1st Friday of every month to get a recap. Instagram has changed the algorithm once again, ugh! They make your feed based on exactly what they “think” you want to see by who and what you engage with now. So to keep my photos in your feed just keep engaging with my photos (likes and comments) and watch my stories so my posts keep showing up. ;0)

July was a great month for my blog because I’ve really been getting into planning and organizing better. So now my IG will have more bright, fun and colorful photos and I’m also working on a shop my looks section for the blog so it’s easier, so stay tuned for that. There will also be some giveaways posted on my Instagram this month and next so if you aren’t already following me head over to my Instagram and hit that blue button so you don’t miss out. It’s going to be a good one. I’m really trying to focus the rest of this year on making my blog top priority so I will be sharing and posting a lot more.

The Affordable Summer Makeup You Need

I love makeup. So I’m constantly trying new things. But this current routine I have going is seriously perfect for me. It’s quick, easy and affordable which are three things I’m always down for, lol. So let’s get into my everyday beauty products. I’ve listed the products I use on a daily when doing makeup. I don’t go all out with my makeup for regular days, so my routine is pretty straight forward. I want to look put together and awake but quickly. So if you want a quick routine with products that won’t break the bank. These are all products that work well on my skin (I’m oily/combination type) and I use regularly. (You can tell by some of the pictures, these are my ride or die always reached for products.)

#1. Brows || Anastasia Dip Brow in Chocolate This Brow gel is literally my holy grail. I honestly don’t know why it took me so long to try it. But this has literally been my go to for brows for well over a year now. The pigmentation and lasting power are awesome. It’s $18 but you definitely get your money worth. 1 jar has lasted me months. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. Browfection Brow Powder Duo I use this powder to set my Dip Brow gel and fill any gaps in my brows that don’t take product. The duo is great because you can use one side for more dramatic brows and the other for lighter more tame brows. It’s only available at European Wax Center stores but while you’re in there get a free brow wax and you can have your brows filled in to try the powder out for free too. NYC Clear Brow Gel I use this to set my brows once I’ve finished my makeup and before I set my face for the day. It holds up so well and the brush separates my brow hairs nicely. With a price tag of under $4 it’s hard to pass up. It’s super affordable and lasts so long because you don’t need a lot at all.

#2. Maybelline FaceStudio Blender|| 95% of the time when I do my makeup I use a beauty sponge. I love how it blends my makeup products into the skin so nicely and makes my foundation look much more natural and skin like. I even use a damp blender for powder, especially when baking under the eyes if I’m wearing a full coverage look. There are so many blenders out there now since the Original Beauty Blender came out (which is still one of the best) but this one is affordable, durable and works great. Coming in at just under $6 I think you will be pleasantly surprised.(Blender shown dry, it almost doubles in size when wet.)

#3. Tarte Shape Tape || This concealer may not be drugstore priced but it’s under $30 and lasts for a good while. Plus a little bit goes a long way and I mean that. It only takes a dap to brighten my undereyes and really change my look from tired to awake. I even use it alone when I don’t want to wear any foundation at all. There’s so many shades to choose from so you’ll definitely find a shade for you. You can use this to highlight, contour or spot conceal. You need this concealer in your life, you won’t be sorry. But if you wanna save a bunch so you can get more products at once the LA Girl HD Pro Concealer is amazing and under $5. I used it for over a year before trying a new one. Hurray!!

#4. Primers and Setting Sprays || I always use a primer spray before I apply my makeup and after I’ve moisturized my face. I prefer primer sprays to regular primer because I just feel it sits on my skin and covers more evenly for me for some reason. I love this spray from Wet N Wild, this Photofocus Primer Water Spray is a good one. It doesn’t have a harsh or chemical smell, it sprays out evenly and with a $6 price tag you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend this one. As far as setting sprays go, these two are my favorite drugstore setting sprays, the NYX Matte Setting Spray and the E.L.F Beauty Shield Daily Defense Makeup Mist are my go to when I don’t want to use my more expensive setting sprays. The Nyx setting spray comes in a matte or dewy finish. But I go for matte because of my oily/combination skin. It has certainly shown me more times than I can remember it can hold its own. The Florida sun is not forgiving and relentless sometimes and especially during shoots this spray has locked my makeup in tight. The E.L.F Beauty Shield is a tight second. I love this one because I can use it as a primer or setting spray and I use it for both sometimes. It’s especially great when trying to pack light makeup. With an $8 price tag these are both great and I highly recommend trying them. These are literally two of my most reached for setting sprays and best of all they’re so affordable so you can stock up and never run out.

#5. L’Oréal Voluminous Lash Paradise || Now I know some people look at me crazy when I say this but I’ve never tried the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara so I can’t attest to whether this is actually a dupe for that. But with a $24 price tag I wanted to check for something a little cheaper because mascara doesn’t hold long enough for me to want to constantly replace at that price. But i’ve heard good things and so many people say it’s an affordable dupe. I just love drugstore mascara because it’s never let me down, it’s affordable and mascara goes bad so quick (you need to be replacing it at least every 3 months) so I’ve always stuck to drugstore because it’s one makeup product I replace quite often. I love the brush and the formula from this mascara. It coats my lashes so well and makes them look longer and thicker. My lashes are a struggle because my nervous tick is pulling at them when nothings on them so I need a mascara that masks how thin and short they are when I’m not wearing falsies. It’s under $7 right now at ulta. This one does the job and does it well.

#6. Most Used Makeup Brushes || These brushes are my most reached for. I have so many brushes I probably should use but these are the ones I use the most. Which is why they’re dirty because right after I clean them I go back to using them the next day. They’re all super affordable and hold up great. They’ve been through travel, my 3 yr old and many washes. They don’t shed or fray and the handles are sturdy. For my brows I use the Morphe M432 and Morphe E11 Angled Brow (I use both my pink one shown is from Morphe also but came in a set) and a brow spoolie that came in a makeup kit I got years ago but the Morphe B74 Angled Liner Spoolie works awesome too. For face my most used brushes are the Morphe MB1 Deluxe Powder Brush, The Wet N Wild Pro Line P55 Brush(the silver set was limited edition but the rose gold set is still available), the Real Techniques Bold Metals Tapered Brush and the fan brush I use is from a brush set I got from eBay years ago but the Morphe M310 Large Soft Fan Brush is perfect.

#7. Wet N Wild Highlighting Powders || I am in love with the new formulation of the highlights. Every one that I’ve purchased so far has been pigmented and so beautiful. These are two of my favorites at the moment. Summer Color Icon Baked Blush in Hummingbird Hype and Mega Glow Highlighting Powder in Golden Flower Crown. Both are so pretty and so smooth to the touch. They just glide on the skin like butter and add the most beautiful glow. At $5 each you can try more than one to find your favorite glow, they even have a Megaglow Highlighting Palette.

#8. Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hr Blush || I received these blushes in my birthday gift from Sephora and in an Ipsy bag and have been in love with this blush ever since. The shade Feisty is literally my favorite color blush and I use it 99% of the time I do my makeup. It’s just such a pretty color and looks great on a tan or deeper skin tone. Paaarty is a great color for lighter skin tones and it’s the same formulation so the results are amaze as well. They don’t have those particular shades available anymore but the Milani Rose Powder Blush in Romantic Rose and Tea Rose are great dupes and under $9. I added these blushes to the list because I have the small size and I’m still using it months later. They last so long so you will definitely get your $29 worth with the Amazonian Clay 12 Hr Blush line.

#9. Most Used Lip Products || My Chapstick in Chapstick Moisture Formula is pretty much a simple every day necessity for me. My lips are full so when I sleep they swell and get really dry and chapped. I also use this under any matte liquid lipsticks to keep my lips from getting too dry. Especially since matte liquid lipsticks are my favorite kind of lipstick. Loreal Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick in Milk and Cookies is literally my everyday lip shade. It’s the perfect mauvey nude and the formula is top notch. Literally won’t budge and takes Garnier Skin Active Waterproof (Blue Top) Micellar water to get it off. It’s under $10 and you get your money worth with this formula.

#10. Maybelline Fit Me Loose Setting Powder || This is literally my favorite setting powder so far. Not only is it affordable but it’s sooo good. Who knew a $6-8 ($6 at Walmart and $8.99 at Ulta) powder could be so good. I reach for this over all my setting powders right now. I use Medium Deep for under the eyes and Deep for setting all over when I’ve been out in the sun. The loose formula is so smooth and glides right on the face when applied. Doesn’t make you look powdery and no flash back. Definitely in my top must haves for the long haul.

#11 Maybelline SuperStay Foundation Stick in Toffee || I never was a huge fan of foundation sticks. I wanted to love them but every time I tried one I just ended up hating it. But this one I can actually say I’m loving it so far. I apply it to my face and use a beauty blender to blend it out and I just love the coverage and finish I get. Plus it lasts all day and works well with my other everyday products. For under $13 this foundation definitely holds it’s own and fits perfect in any small makeup bag or purse.

#12. Wet N Wild Pressed Powder in Cocoa || I use this mainly for oil control. Sometimes instead of blotting I’ll just dap a bit of this on the area and it helps control my face from getting super oily. It’s not a powder I would use to set any makeup but to spot blot it’s perfect and under $6.

What are your recent summer beauty faves?! I’m always trying new products and would love some recommendations or to try any of your holy grail products. Let me know in the comments and let’s chat.

The Romper You Need This Summer

I’ve been loving striped clothing lately. Such a nautical and summery style. This off the shoulder romper gives such a cute and flirty style while still being casual enough for day to day errands. You’ll notice on my blog I go for not only functionality and comfort but how well my outfits work while wrangling kids all day, lol.

I’m always a little skeptical when ordering online or even buying rompers in-store because I don’t know how they will fit since I am tall. I’ve had some rompers that were literal underwear on me, lol. (So disappointing for us tall girls) but this romper fit so well I was surprised. It’s not too short in the bottoms so it covers my butt. I don’t feel uncomfortable or like everything is hanging out. The material has a little stretch but still fits nicely.

You can wear it with so many options, sneakers for a casual vide, sandals for a little more casual cute or heels for a night out. I’m currently on the hunt for the perfect black heel that goes with everything. But I paired this one with 2 sneaker options for a more casual feel.

Best Summer Dress 2018

I love off the shoulder dresses. I love even more when the color makes my complexion pop. So it was a no brainer that I ordered this when I saw it on Lauras Boutique website. This mustard yellow Aria dress is perfect for that fresh deep tan. I love mustard and gold tones on a deeper skin tones. It’s rich color and ruffle top make it much more dressed up and flirty without even trying. It’s a flowy material which is perfect if you’re out in the Florida sun like I am on a daily. It’s loose, slight stretch fit makes it comfortable to wear, it just falls over your body effortlessly.

What makes this dress even better is its price. Only $17! I styled mine with my white and gold Chuck Taylors to add a more casual vibe. My tan faux leather crossbody bag is the cutest thing and fits my essentials when I don’t want to carry a backpack or large purse for the day. My clear lens frames are adorable and ONLY $5!

What’s your go to color? What’s your favorite color to wear the most? Leave a comment and let’s talk color favs.

My Go To No Makeup, Makeup Look

With being a busy mom of 3, a lot of times I don’t have enough time to sit down and do a dramatic look or a full on glammed our face but I still want to look put together and awake even when I’m not, lol. I’ve been loving the more neutral no makeup, makeup looks. It’s fast and easy but also gives my facial features a chance to stand out a bit on their own. My skin is still smooth and flawless but it looks natural without a lot of products used. I don’t use eyeshadow or liner, I only use false lashes when I really want my eyes to pop and I use a nude tone lipstick most of the time for this look as well. It’s perfect for looking put together for work, errands and even quick drinks with friends or a laid back date night.

I will however use highlight. I love a good highlight. Makes your skin glow without much effort and I think it looks beautiful. Your skin looks so healthy with a nice glow to it. Obviously you don’t need to beam peoples eyes out with a no makeup makeup look but sometimes I just wanna a little extra shine (in a good way, not an oily face lol.)

On my face:

Too Faced Peach Perfect Foundation

Maybelline loose powder in medium deep under the eyes and deep on the rest of my face

Nyx bronzer in

Tarte blush in feisty

La colors highlight palette

Loreal liquid lip

Nyx brow gel in espresso and European Wax Center brow powder duo in medium

Below I listed some of my favorite products to use when I’m doing a more neutral look. I usually don’t use eye shadows or anything extra like that. I try and keep it as basic and simple as possible but still get the ultimate put together look. I get compliments all the time as well like oh you look so good, your skin looks great, you seem so energized today, etc. and I’m like oh thank you while also thinking girl I’m on my third cup of coffee and my 3 yr old changed her outfit 4 times before we could leave the house. 😂😂

I hope you all have a wonderful Friday. ❤️

DIY Crate Entertainment Center

Hi loves, so I’m back again with my second home diy project of the series. Next up in this series we built and entertainment center. I briefly mentioned it in my last diy crate foyer table post. For this diy the materials and directions are pretty much the same only for a larger scale project. This was fun because we tried different patterns before we decided on a specific design. We had been looking for an entertainment center that we both loved the design of and that fit the measurements for underneath our tv without having to move or rehang things on the wall. This only took us about a day with the majority of time being waiting for it to fully dry. So if you’re ready to get started keep reading below.

Materials needed:

(10) 18”x12 1/2”x9 1/2” crates $11 each at Home Depot

5/8” brad staples $4.24 at Walmart

Staple gun (already had)

Wood Stain (I choose Kona a dark brown black)

Wood Glue (already had)

2” clamp (already had)

Measuring tape (already had)

Sprayer $10 at Home Depot

Stain rags $5

L brackets about $4

To begin:

Put the crates together to see how you want them organized and put together. It’s good to take a picture if you aren’t following a guide for your design so you don’t forget exactly how you put it together. (As discussed in the last post where we forgot how we first had it, lol.) This time we mocked up a few different ways before we came up with the actual design we liked.

Once your mock up is done, start from the bottom and work your way to the top gluing all the sides together. Like a puzzle basically. For this one the design that we picked it was easier to glue and staple all the four side crates together first and then glue and staple the center pieces last since they connect together in the middle to float. Use the clamp to hold a section in place once you’ve glued it while you staple it down. Continue until all parts are glued and stapled together. Make sure you’re checking to see if all front sides of the crates sit flush before letting glue set or starting to staple everything down. We also decided the 2 floating crates in the middle we would add a board inside them to make 2 shelves for more storage. (Those were stained, glued and stapled in after the whole center was put together and added in later.)

Once the glue has dried or mostly dried (about 30 mins) then you can carefully move it outside or in the garage to start staining. There are a few different ways you can lay the stain. We choose both a brush and spray method again because it was quicker in the last diy as well. The sprayer mainly helped cover a lot of the table and then we brushed it out everywhere on the wood and then wiped it down with the rags. We let it dry over night even though the stain usually dries in about an hour or so depending on how many coats you apply.

Once stain has set and dried you can now place your entertainment center where you want. Now you can put up your gaming systems, movies and etc. We also secured ours to the wall with an L bracket so if anyone bumped it or our 3 yr old went to grab something it didn’t go tumbling over, lol.

Completed Entertainment Center measurements:

49 3/4″ H 48 1/2″ W 9 1/2″ D

I hope you enjoyed this DIY. This one took a little longer mainly waiting for it to dry and because we decided to add shelves but still fun and creative none the less. Don’t forget to follow my Snapchat @lolanicolemua for sneak peeks of other diy projects and tag me on Twitter or Instagram @lolanicoleblogs if you try this DIY as well. I’d love to see how you made this your own if you decide to try it. I Hope you’re loving this series as much as we are and have an amazing day!

DIY Crate Foyer Table

Hi Loves, I’m so excited to be starting this series with this first DIY project.

So I was looking around for a foyer table for weeks and I found a few cute ones I liked but they were either way more than I wanted to pay or sold out. So I decided to diy one. My husband got the idea to use crates after we were also looking for an entertainment center which we also did a diy on (I’ll have a blog up with that one as well) and I said what about palettes and we started looking up some different ideas and he came across a foyer table made out of wooden crates. So instead of searching around for palettes we decided on the crates and headed off to Home Depot to begin our projects. Below I will list items needed and photos of our step by step.

Items needed:

6 18”x12 1/2”x9 1/2” crates $11 each at Home Depot

1×12 board cut down to 56” for table top $15 at Home Depot

Legs (1 2×2 wooden stick .97 at Home Depot cut into 4 8” cuts)

5/8” brad staples $4.24 at Walmart

Staple gun (already had)

Wood Stain (I choose Kona semi-gloss a dark brown black)

Wood Glue (already had)

2” clamp (already had)

Measuring tape (already had)

Sprayer $10 at Home Depot

Stain rags $5

To begin:

Put the crates together to see how you want them organized and put together. It’s good to take a picture if you aren’t following a guide for your design so you don’t forget exactly how you put it together. (Like we did the first time, thank goodness nothing was glued yet, lolol.)

Once your mock up is done, start from the bottom and work your way to the top gluing all the sides together. Use the clamp to hold a section in place once you’ve glued it while you staple it down. Continue until all parts are glued and stapled together. Then glue and staple on the table top. Make sure both sides are equal in their overlap on the ends and the back of the board is flush with the back of the crates. There will be a bit of hang over in the front as well for a ledge.

Once the glue has dried or mostly dried (about 30 mins) then you can carefully move it outside or in the garage to start staining. There are a few different ways you can lay the stain. We choose both a brush and spray method. The sprayer mainly helped cover a lot of the table and then we brushed it out everywhere on the wood and then wiped it down with the rags. We let it dry over night even though the stain usually dries in about an hour or so depending on how many coats you apply.

Once stain has set and dried you can now apply your legs. Make sure all the legs are level and not crooked so you get a more even balance and no rocking. We glued the legs on and then used a drill and screws to screw in the legs on and secure them. Let glue dry and then you’re done. You can officially place the table where you want it and decorate as you wish.

Completed foyer measurements:

39 1/8″ H 56 1/8″ W 11 3/8″ D

I hope you enjoyed this DIY. It was actually pretty quick for the most part and it was certainly fun. The hubs and I really enjoyed it and it’s a great way to spend time together and catch up as well. Follow me on Snapchat @lolanicolemua for more fun diy sneak peeks and tag me on Twitter or Instagram @lolanicoleblogs if you try this DIY. I’d love to see how you made this your own if you decide to try it. I Hope you loves have an amazing day!

My Current Skincare Routine

Hi loves! So I've been exploring some new face oils, masks and cleansers. These are the ones that I have been loving the most so far. I rotate some of them for morning and night but I use my face oils both day and night for moisture and it also helps with my foundation as well because I notice I am less oily throughout the day when my face is more hydrated and moisturized. My skin is combination/oily with lots of oiliness in the t-zone area so don't be afraid to use oils on the skin because you're oily. It just lets your skin know that it doesn't need to produce as much because you're already moisturized.

My Olay Regenerist Advanced Anti-Aging Regenerating Cream Cleanser (mouth full, lol) face wash is what I use once or twice a week. Mainly when I don't wear makeup that day. Because I feel I get a nice deep exfoliating clean and it helps keep my skin clear of debris and the daily sun and weather exposure. It has a nice fresh scent which is still not chemically strong which I love. It's an exfoliating face wash but gentle on the skin and doesn't leave my face feeling raw or itchy just clean and refreshed.

These new L'Oréal face washes and masks have been amazing. I'm going to get the rest of them because I want to try them all out now. The two I've been using about 2 to 3 times a week are the charcoal and mattifying masks. You can feel the mattifying mask tightening on your skin as it dries. Really working to minimize those pores and mattify the skin. The charcoal mask works to brighten and detox the skin so it is a little less restricting as it dries. I love the pure clay cleanser. It's an exfoliating and refining mask. I have the 3 pure clay and red algae mask and I love it. It's not too rough on the skin so I am able to use it every day. I love the fact that these masks and cleansers have an earthy smell to them. That way it feels like you're actually cleansing and doing your skin some good rather than just rubbing chemicals into it.

I use Vanity Planet Spin for Perfect Skin brush with both face cleansers but sometimes I will just use my hands if I don't want too deep of a cleanse so to not irritate my skin when I've just waxed it or done another deep treatment. But I've been using this brush for almost 2 years now and I love it. I even bought my daughter one. It has a body brush for body exfoliation, a face brush, an exfoliating face brush and a pumice brush for more rough areas like elbows, knees and feet. It's an amazing brush that is so much more affordable than some other face brushes that can run you well into the $100-$400 range. I believe I had a coupon and only paid $20 plus shipping for mine. 🤗

My face exfoliating gel from European Wax Center is another favorite. I like to use this twice a week especially when I've been wearing a full face of makeup multiple times during the week. I just wash my face, dab it dry and then apply the gel and rub my hands in circular motions until I feel all the dead skin start to come off. Once I've done my whole face I go over it lightly with my spin for Perfect skin brush and rinse. My skin feels so smooth and clean after and I notice my makeup application is a lot smoother as well. It also has a nice scent which by now you should know I don't like over powering chemical smells. Especially if it's supposed to be a facial cleanser or mask for my face.

Once I'm done cleansing my face and I've done my mask, I will apply my facial moisturizers and oils. During the day I apply a light application of everything so it has time to soak into the skin and then I can apply my makeup and at night I like to use a more healthy application of product so my skin is relaxed and hydrated during the night. I first apply the Puretem moisturizer and then some of the Caudalie moisturizing sorbet. I use about 4 drops of Julep Rose Hip oil that I received in my voxbox and then I apply Vitamin E oil on top. I've noticed that my skin is much softer and more radiant now rather than waking up with a dull, dry appearance to the skin.

I apply pure castor oil to my eyebrows and lashes at night to help with growth. I've been using this for about 3 months and I've noticed some change in my brow and lash growth it's just a slow process with this method.

Towel pictured is Aquis Hair Towel (influenster sent it to me in a posh voxbox for testing purposes and I love it)

Overall I definitely recommend trying these products. They have all worked together to make my skin look more radiant and fresh. I haven't had any breakouts either since switching to this face routine. Check out these new face goodies. The L'Oréal, Olay, vitamin E and Castor oil I purchased all of those from Walmart. I hope if you try them you love them just as much as I do.
